coHaus Collective — Coworking & Event Space in Grand Rapids, MN

COHAUS /KŌ-HOUS/ • NOUN

• A shared space that fosters connection, creativity, and community.

• A gathering place where people work, celebrate, and grow together.

• A home away from home.

COLLECTIVE /KUH-LEK-TIV/ • NOUN

• A group of individuals, organizations, or creators who band together to achieve a common goal, share resources, or cooperate for mutual benefit.

• A modern departure from social isolation that emphasizes equality and shared purpose over traditional hierarchy.

• The philosophy that the success of a space isn't defined by its physical walls, but by the network of people within them.

Located centrally in downtown Grand Rapids, coHaus is a space built for two things: getting work done and celebrating well. By day, we’re a hub for coworkers, freelancers, and small teams. On nights and weekends, we transform for parties, receptions, and community events. We didn't want to build just another office. We wanted a place where working next to someone turns into knowing them—where the same room that hosts your Monday morning grind can host your anniversary party. It works because of the people in it. That’s the "collective" part. The building is historic, the courtyard is open-air, and the coffee is always on. Come by and see it. The space explains itself better than we can.
